Serve cleaner, healthier lettuce and baby spinach with help from the Zyliss Easy Spin Salad Spinner. First, rinse your salad greens in the colander basket, then put on the lid and pull the retractable cord. With just a tug, the unit spins swiftly to both clean and dry the leaves and unlike other salad spinners, there's no need to pump or crank. Press the stop button, and the basket comes to a sudden halt that fluffs the contents. This indispensable kitchen helper is also great for washing and drying herbs and for crisping bagged salads.
